Overview

The Dashboard provides a real-time summary of business performance when you log in to Caddayn Biller. It displays key business metrics, sales trends, inventory alerts, payment summaries, and other important information in a single screen, allowing users to quickly monitor daily operations without navigating through multiple modules.

Features

Business Summary Cards

The top section displays important business statistics, including:

• Total Purchase – Total purchase value within the selected period.

• Return Items – Total value of returned items.

• Total Sales – Number of sales completed.

• Profit – Profit generated during the selected period.

Each card also displays the percentage increase or decrease compared to the previous period.

Sales Tracker

The Sales Tracker graph provides a visual representation of sales performance over time, helping users identify business trends and compare monthly sales.

Selecting View Details opens a more detailed view of the sales statistics.

Out of Stock Reminder

Displays products that are currently out of stock or have reached their minimum stock level. This enables users to replenish inventory before stock shortages affect sales.

Selecting View All displays the complete list of low-stock items.

Fast Moving Items

Shows the products with the highest sales volume, along with the quantity sold. This helps identify popular products and monitor customer demand.

Selecting View All displays the complete ranking.

Payment Overview

Provides a quick summary of payments received through different payment methods, such as:

• Online Payments

• Cash Receipts

This allows users to monitor payment collections at a glance.

Expiry Reminder

Displays alerts for products approaching or exceeding their expiry date. If no products require attention, the dashboard indicates that no expiry alerts are available.

Item Price Tracker

The Item Price Tracker provides quick access to monitor price changes of products over time, helping businesses analyze pricing trends and maintain competitive pricing.

Fast Moving Brands

Displays the brands with the highest sales volume, allowing users to identify the best-performing brands within the business.

Selecting View All displays the complete list.
