How to create the quoatation/estimate for suppliers and customers

Quotation / Estimate Management

The system should provide a Quotation / Estimate Management feature for both Customers and Suppliers. Users should be able to create, manage, print, download, and share quotations based on their business requirements.

1. Customer Quotation / Estimate

Users can create a quotation for customers when offering products or services.

The quotation should include:

• sales

• select customer

• item name

• purchase code

• description

• brand

• quantity

• unit price

• total

Once created, the quotation can be previewed, printed, downloaded as PDF, or shared with the customer.

If the customer accepts the quotation, it can be converted into a Sales Order or Invoice/Bill without re-entering the details.

2. Supplier Quotation / Estimate

Users should also be able to create and manage quotations received from suppliers for purchasing products or services.

The supplier quotation should include:

• Purchase

• select Supplier

• item name

• purchase code

• description

• brand

• quantity

• unit price

• total

Users should be able to compare quotations from multiple suppliers and select the most suitable quotation. The selected quotation can then be converted into a Purchase Order.
