Module Overview

Caddayn Biller is organized into functional modules that simplify different aspects of business operations. Each module focuses on a specific business area while sharing data across the application to provide a seamless workflow.

The following table provides a brief overview of each module.

Module	Description
Dashboard	Provides an overview of key business metrics, recent activities, and quick operational insights.
Master Data	Maintains the core business records used throughout the application, including items, suppliers, branches, customers, employees, discounts, offers, tables, rooms, assets, and other master configurations.
Inventory	Displays current stock availability across branches, helping businesses monitor inventory levels and item locations.
Sales	Manages Point of Sale (POS) operations, bill history, item returns, and other sales-related transactions like pay later.
Quotations	Creates, manages, and tracks customer quotations before they are converted into sales.
Printer Templates	Configures invoice, receipt, label, and other print layouts used throughout the application.
Purchase	Handles supplier purchases, purchase invoices, stock procurement and transportation, and related inventory updates like return purchases.
Accounts	Manages financial transactions, payments, expenses, and other accounting-related operations.
Reports	Generates business reports covering sales, purchases, inventory, GST, expenses, profit & loss, and other operational data.
Rewards	Manages customer loyalty programs, reward points, and redemption activities.
Lead Management	Manages potential sales opportunities using lead information, assigning ownership, tracking follow-ups and supporting documents, and monitoring lead progress from creation to conversion or closure.
