Navigating the Application
Overview
Caddayn Biller features a simple and intuitive interface that allows users to access different business functions through a centralized navigation menu. Each module is organized logically, making it easy to move between operations such as inventory management, sales, purchasing, reporting, and administration.
The interface is designed to provide quick access to frequently used features while maintaining a consistent user experience throughout the application.
Main Navigation
The primary navigation menu is located on the left side of the application and provides access to all available modules. Each module contains one or more submodules related to a specific business function.
Selecting a module expands its available submodules, allowing users to navigate directly to the required page.
Page Layout
Most pages within Caddayn Biller follow a consistent layout consisting of:
Navigation Menu – Access all modules and submodules.
Page Header – Displays the current module or page name.
Search & Filter – Quickly locate specific records.
Action Buttons – Perform operations such as Add, Edit, Delete, or Refresh.
Data Table – Displays records in a structured format.
Pagination Controls – Navigate through multiple pages of records.
This consistent layout helps users become familiar with the application and perform tasks efficiently.
Common Actions
Across most modules, users can perform common operations such as:
Search for records using the search bar.
Filter records based on available criteria.
Create new records using the Add button.
View, edit, or delete records through the Actions (⋮) menu.
Refresh the page to display the latest data.
Navigate between pages using the pagination controls.
User Profile
The user profile can be accessed from the top-right corner of the application. From here, users can:
View their profile information.
Update profile details (if permitted).
Change their password.
View assigned branches and permissions.
Sign out of the application.
Navigation Tips
Use the search and filter options to quickly locate records in large datasets.
Ensure you are working in the correct module before creating or modifying records.
Some modules and actions may only be visible based on your assigned role and permissions.
Regularly refresh pages when multiple users are working on the same data.
